Customer satisfaction as a corporate policy

Mettenmeier GmbH has once again proven
that it belongs among the top companies in
the IT sector. An eagerly anticipated
customer satisfaction analysis sees
Mettenmeier GmbH receive top marks. “
A fantastic result,” comments department
manager Maria Gerdes, who achieved the
best results in her field of data conversion/data processing with an average customer
satisfaction level of 88 percent.
In March 2007, a total of 220 people from
four customer groups were surveyed by
independent strategy and marketing
consultants, the response rate being 27
percent. In all four customer groups
Mettenmeier obtained satisfaction values
above average in the IT industry. "The
research produced a customer satisfaction
rate exceeding 75 percent, which represents
a certain degree of customer enthusiasm,"
assesses strategy consultant Frank van Koten.
"This is a result which confirms our good
work, but we won't be resting on our laurels
under any circumstances,” states company
owner Ulrich Mettenmeier. "We are
extremely grateful for the positive feedback
from our loyal customers and for the many
suggestions and requests, which we take very
seriously. It is our aim to further develop our
innovations and to ensure an even better
quality of our products and solutions. In
addition to this we are also investing in
improved customer service and we have
upgraded our support personnel,”
summarises Mettenmeier with regard to
the current measures.
